This medical office building is comprised of a 4,369sf Allergy clinic and 1585sf tenant space. The allergy clinic is designed to accommodate and provide comfort for patients during extended appointments while also facilitating high volume in-and-out injections.  The building houses exam rooms, nurse’s station, lab, dedicated staff areas, admin offices, and is designed to allow for future expansion. Healthy and positive user experience was the primary goal of this project and was achieved through thoughtful layout, materials and daylighting.
